The PIE WEAP Calculator at weap.piledrivingie.com runs on the same private-preview service as piledriving.ai. This notice covers both.

We collect your name, company and email when you ask for a launch notification. We use that information to manage the launch list and notify you when the service is ready. Joining the list does not activate a test account.

Accounts and private testing

Email verification is handled by Supabase. We keep account and access records so approved testers can use the private workspace. Essential sign-in cookies keep you logged in.

AI conversations and files

Questions, attached files, relevant reference excerpts and the current conversation are sent to OpenAI to prepare an answer. Web search may send search queries to search providers. Only send material you are authorized to share with these services.

This preview does not save chat history or uploaded files in our application database. They are processed for the request, and chat history stays in the open page until you refresh or start a new chat. This does not mean providers retain no data; their processing and retention terms still apply.

Soil Analysis

When you select Analyze, your PDF is sent to OpenAI for a size check and soil-log extraction. The extracted profile remains in your open page. Pile changes and boring or unit selections update locally without sending the PDF again. Refreshing or clearing the report removes that page’s results; it does not delete provider records. Printing or saving a PDF creates a copy you control.

Storage and controls

Waitlist and account data are stored in Supabase; the website runs on Render. Private access checks and request limits protect the testing area. Launch notifications and account sign-in emails serve different purposes.

You can close a chat or remove an attachment before sending it. Clearing the page does not delete provider records, your account or your waitlist registration.
